1. Software Licensing

Our WordPress plugins are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL). A license key is required to receive automatic software updates and technical support. Each license key is valid for the number of sites specified at the time of purchase.

2. Payments and Transactions

All financial transactions are processed by our authorized third-party reseller and Merchant of Record.

  • The Merchant of Record will be responsible for processing payments, handling taxes, and managing customer billing inquiries.
  • Your credit card or bank statement will reflect the name of our designated payment processor.

3. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Our products are typically sold as recurring subscriptions to ensure you have access to the latest updates and support.

  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your personal Customer Portal or by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future billings but does not result in a pro-rated refund for the current period.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our software. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

  • If the software does not perform as advertised, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through our official support channels or the billing portal.
  • After 14 days, refunds are granted at our sole discretion.

5. Affiliate Program

We offer a commission-based affiliate program.

  • Eligibility: Participation is open to users who agree to promote our products fairly.
  • Restrictions: Self-referrals (buying through your own link) are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent banning of your affiliate account and forfeiture of commissions.

6. Technical Support

Support is provided for active license holders for the duration of their subscription. We provide assistance with plugin installation, bugs, and core functionality. We do not provide support for third-party themes or general WordPress customization.

7. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
